We believe that every child can learn and succeed when provided with the right tools, support, and opportunities. As educators, it is our responsibility to offer the resources, materials, and personalized guidance each child needs to thrive. We recognize that every child is unique, which is why we strive to create individualized learning experiences that meet each child's developmental needs, learning style, and pace.
We also believe that families are essential partners in a child's education. A strong, collaborative relationship between educators and families supports the child’s overall growth and academic success. Open, ongoing communication is at the heart of our program, and we are committed to building trusting, respectful relationships with every family we serve.
Cultural diversity is another key element of our educational approach. We value and celebrate the unique cultural backgrounds of each family, and we intentionally incorporate those perspectives into the learning environment. By honoring and embracing different cultures, we help children develop a strong sense of identity and a deep sense of belonging within our community.

We are a bilingual (Spanish/English) family daycare, proudly serving our community with love, dedication, and a deep commitment to early childhood development. Everyone who works in our program is a valued member of our family, creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and at home.
Caring and teaching are our commitment. We believe in fostering each child’s growth through meaningful learning experiences, creativity, and play—while building strong emotional and social foundations.
Our team brings together a wealth of experience and passion for working with children:

The Director & CEO holds higher education degrees in Early Childhood and Special Education.

All staff members are currently pursuing degrees and are on track to transfer to a university.

Everyone on our team is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Mandated Reporter training, and has completed the Best Pest Management Practices Around Children to ensure a safe, healthy environment.

Lily Silva
Owner Director
Lily holds a Master’s Degree and teaching credential in Early Childhood Special Education, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development with a specialization in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Special Education from San Francisco State University. She has over nine years of experience working with young children in inclusive and diverse educational settings.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Lily is passionate about creating learning environments where all children feel safe, supported, and valued. She is committed to fostering a sense of belonging while promoting growth through play, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences.
Mario Silva
Assistant Teacher
Dedicated early childhood education professional with over five years of experience supporting the growth and development of young children in classroom and childcare settings. Currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Committed to creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. Passionate about incorporating hands-on activities such as gardening and building projects to promote exploration, creativity, and problem-solving skills in young learners.
Violeta Silva
Assistant Teacher
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, with over five years of experience working with children in educational and caregiving settings. Dedicated, nurturing, and passionate about fostering emotional and cognitive development through music, storytelling, and interactive play. Enjoys singing and reading with children, and encourages creativity by collaboratively creating new stories that inspire imagination and language growth.
Stephanie Escobedo
Co-Teacher
Stephanie is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at Cañada College and has over two years of experience working with young children in educational and care-based settings. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she brings a warm, creative approach to early learning, with a special passion for engaging children through hands-on art activities that foster self-expression and development. Dedicated to creating nurturing, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Lilian Silva
Junior Assistant Teacher
Lilian is currently a student at Woodside High School and has been supporting our daycare program since it opened in 2020. As a dedicated afternoon assistant, she brings warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm to her interactions with the children. Lilian loves leading art activities, singing, and dancing with the kids, helping to create a joyful and engaging environment. Her long-standing involvement and natural connection with young children make her a valued part of our team.
